The summit’s purpose was to “bring powerful AAPI women together to share, to inspire, and to take bold action towards creating a more representative democracy.” We met many women who are changing their communities for the better, and we left inspired to do the same. On July 16th, I attended Washingtoniana’s Researching “Red Summer” at Woodridge Library. Talk Story Review: My China Roots

Introduction On May 12th, the 1882 Foundation hosted its monthly Talk Story event with Lie Huihan. Huihan is the founder of My China Roots, a Beijing-based company helping people find their ancestral history.
